However, before you start, perhaps you’d like o know who you’ll be learning from? Allow me to share my story. Who knows, maybe you’re in the same place I was a few years ago?
But from the beginning... My name is Milena Tomkowska, and I am a professional Makeup Artist. I do makeup, teach both beginners and experienced makeup artists the art of makeup, and how to grow their beauty industry business on social media.
But was it always this bright and colorful for me? Did I always create makeup at the highest level? You probably already guessed it, but no.
To reach the point where I am now, I had to go through a very long journey, make a lot of costly mistakes, sacrifice a lot of time and effort, and spend a lot of money.
I started with a one-year makeup school, but later I decided to go for individual training. I knew it was a "more expensive venture," but I believed that the knowledge and skills I would gain through them would be worth their weight in gold.
Was it really like that? Well, of course not. I also participated in training sessions that were absolutely not worth the money. But on the other hand, there were those that transformed my professional and personal life. By the way, today I would be willing to pay much more for them
After each of these training sessions, I practiced, invited models to practice the techniques I had learned in those courses. There were tears, nerves, frustration when the results weren't what I expected. But I never gave up. I continued to practice, persevered, and relentlessly pursued my goals.
Over time, my makeups became almost perfect - if I may say so 🙂
But I am aware that the beauty industry is developing incredibly fast. New techniques and cosmetic formulations are constantly emerging, and you should know that... I stay up to date with them. Honestly, I can't imagine not keeping up with the latest trends.
It's simply a "must-have" to continue providing services at the highest possible level.
In 2022, I obtained the title of Master of Makeup awarded by the Chamber of Crafts.
On April 2, 2023, I won the Polish Makeup Championships. Out of 50 contestants, 15 makeup artists qualified for the finals.
In October, I will represent our makeup community at the World Makeup Championships in Munich.
I'm moving forward, and I want to make you aware that you can achieve such success too.
On 10/2023, I won the World Make-Up Championship in Munich. I won the title of World Make-up Champion.
